Our objective is to offer the greatest service at the most competitive price. Noveltywatches.pk is not permitted to offer a manufacturer’s warranty since we do not adhere to the manufacturer’s suggested retail prices (MSRP) manual.
As a result, NOVELTY WATCHES (www.noveltywatches.pk) offers its FIVE (5) YEAR Guarantee to replace the manufacturer’s warranty on all of our watches because we recognise that having a warranty is a big issue when buying a watch.

FIVE (5) YEAR WARRANTY
Under the terms and circumstances of this warranty, Novelty Watches will guarantee your watch for five (5) years from the time of purchase. The Novelty Watches warranty covers flaws in the manufacturing process and the materials. Proof of purchase must include a copy of the invoice and a warranty card that is fully filled out and stamped by the dealer.
The only parts covered by this warranty throughout the warranty term are the watch mechanism, hands, and dial. If a covered component proves to be materially or workmanshiply flawed during regular usage, repairs will be made without cost.
Our warranty does not cover “external damage” to the product.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
• Any flaws in the design, construction, or materials of the battery, case, crystal, strap, or bracelet.
• Deterioration brought on by carelessness, negligence, accidents, regular wear and tear, or water/moisture.
If the watch has been damaged due to misuse, negligence by individuals other than authorised Novelty Watches sales or service agents, unauthorised service, or other causes other than flaws in the materials or workmanship, this guarantee is void.
Any damage brought on by water or moisture is not covered by the noveltywatches.pk warranty. In addition, the guarantee does not cover any damage to the watch’s case, crystal or glass, bracelet or band, bezel, straps, screws, crown or stem, finishes, clasps or buckles, or any other form of physical harm. The guarantee from noveltywatches.pk is null and void if damage develops as a result of having the watch repaired by a third party.
If there is evidence of severe wear and tear or if the watch is used in ways that go beyond the manufacturer’s water resistance recommendations, this limited warranty will not cover any damage. Under this warranty or any implied warranties, consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable.
• External damage to the product; • External wear and tear from typical daily use. any wear-related damages to the watch’s case, crystal, glass, bracelet, bezel, straps, screws, crown, finishes, clasps, and buckles, as well as any other physical damage.
• Defects brought on by external force, inappropriate use, or ANY accidental damages brought on by dropping or slamming the watch.
• Any missing or lost jewels or stones on the watch’s bezel or watch face.
• Third-party repairs and changes from the outside void the warranty.
• Any damage if used in circumstances that go above the watch’s water resistance specifications.
• Watches that are labeled as water resistant featuring a screw-down crown. The crown must be screwed down properly at all times to keep the watch casing from receiving water damage inside the stem. Water damage is not covered under warranty by noveltywatches.pk
The foregoing warranties and remedies are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, terms or conditions, express, implied or statutory, as to any matter whatsoever, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, satisfactory quality, title, and non-infringement, all of which are expressly disclaimed by Novelty Watches. Novelty Watches shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, special or punitive damages or liabilities of any kind arising out of or in connection with the sale or use or this product, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict product liability or any other theory, even if Novelty Watches has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if any limited remedy specified herein is deemed to have failed of its essential purpose, Novelty Watches’s entire liability shall be limited to repair of the purchase price paid, at Novelty Watches’s sole option.
REQUESTING WARRANTY AND OTHER WATCH REPAIR
Please submit your watch, a copy of your purchase receipt, the warranty booklet, the warranty card with the dealer stamp, a description of the issue, and your watch to the authorised Novelty Watches watch service shop that is local to you if you need work done under warranty. All courier and shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
The service centre may carry out the services you require for a fee based on the watch style and kind of work requested for servicing work that is not covered by this warranty. There may be adjustments to these fees.
Original packaging shouldn’t be sent because it won’t be returned. Novelty Watches strongly advises that you appropriately protect the watch during shipping and insure your package. Novelty Watches disclaims any liability for goods lost or harmed in transit.

Parcel can be return if it's broken or incorrect Model.
Return can only be acceptable if the packaging (Plastic Cover) Of chain and Dial are attached. Otherwise No Return and Exchange would be cater.
